亞洲紀錄片連線(AND)

亞洲紀錄片連線(AND)是由韓國釜山國際電影節發起，邀請日本藤崗朝子、泰國查理妲、中國張獻民及台灣游惠貞等策展人，與釜山影展策展團隊共同規劃並執行。AND每年公開徵求拍攝中的亞洲紀錄片提案，於四月間徵件，於當年釜山影展期間頒發補助獎金，給予10部左右的紀錄片拍攝計畫每部五千至一萬美元不等的後製補助款。自2011年起，更加入板門店基金(DMZ fund)，特別針對有關和平議題與彌合國界衝突等議題的作品，給予額外的補助。
獲得補助的導演將獲邀前往釜山影展領獎，與亞洲同業及來各國的專業人士做交流，完成後的影片有機會獲選參加釜山影展競賽，角逐韓國發行大獎，並將得到AND的推介，進入世界各大紀錄片市場展，及參加全球各地的影展特映。

AsianNetwork of Documentary Fund

Asian Network of Documentary (AND) Fund isa loose coalition of film festival organizers committed to supporting theproduction and distribution of Asian documentaries. Its members collaborate tobuild and strengthen the network among Asian documentary filmmakers, while theadministration and oversight of AND are being managed by BIFF.

The AND fund is made possible by sixuniversities in the Busan region, Korea, along with Busan Bank, the BIFFSupporters Committee, Digital Contents Network Association (DCNA), Busan FilmCommission and DMZ Korean International Documentary Festival.

To encourage Asian documentary field, ANDlaunched DMZ Fund in 2011, new fund grant in collaboration with DMZ KoreanInternational Documentary Festival (aka.DMZ DOCS). DMZ Fund focuses on Asianprojects which consolidate approaches and practices in peace building andmitigation of internal or cross-border conflict. This will open the diversityto a theme and issue of documentary. Besides DMZ Fund, AND is extending thenumber of ‘Documentary Post-Production Support’ projects and the amount foreach fund thanks to support from the Busan Film Commission (BFC).

During the Busan International FilmFestival, AND holds various programs, including the AND Clinics, Guest Lecturesand one-on-one meeting. AND programs introduce useful knowledge to Asianfilmmakers to polish up their projects, enhance the practical skills, andbroaden insights into documentary markets. AND also organizes several showcasesto present films that were completed with the support of AND funds. In cooperationwith international documentary film festivals, AND expands their opportunityand seeks new distribution networks for documentary films.
