陳玲珍女士畢業於銘傳管理學院國際貿易系，以遠距教學的方式修習英國萊斯特大學的大眾傳播碩士課程。目前在中歐國際工商學院擔任高層經理培訓部副主任，同時是中華新世代影像文創協會常務監事。陳女士過去在麥肯錫公司任職十多年，擔任資深顧問及大中華區領導力發展中心主任等職，並曾任北京大學光華管理學院高層管理培訓中心執行主任。

她是非營利機構CNEX視納華人基金會的三位創始人之一，並自2006年起擔任CNEX營運長至今。CNEX是以紀錄華人在21世紀的發展歷程為目的，以支援與推廣兩岸三地華人紀錄片為宗旨的非營利組織，自2006年成立以來已經完成近四十部紀錄片，並在國際國內影展迭創佳績。她曾參與監製的影片包括獲得威尼斯影展地平線單元最佳紀錄片的《1428》，以及金馬獎最佳紀錄片《音樂人生》等。

Ruby CHEN is the Deputy Director of Executive Education of CEIBS (China Europe International Business School). She is also the Co-Founder and COO of the non-profit CNEX Foundation Limited and the Executive Supervisor of Chinese Image Visual Industry and Creation Society (CIVICS).

Ruby CHEN had been with McKinsey & Company since 1992, and left as the Director of Leadership Institute in China prior to joining Peking University in its Business School (GSM) as the Executive Director for Executive Education in 2009. With her passion to explore talent, support and promote Chinese documentary films internationally, she is the executive producer for almost 30 documentaries, including the award-winning 1428 and KJ: music and life.
