應啟明，畢業於上海師範大學中文系。現任真實傳媒總經理、紀實頻道總監，從事電視工作至今27年。在長期的紀錄片創作和管理工作中，他擁有許多獲國家級獎項的優秀作品，創辦知名電視節目，並多次擔任國內外重要紀錄片評選活動評委。目前主持真實傳媒工作，帶領公司實現跨越式發展，在國內紀錄片普遍低迷情況下扭虧為贏，使紀實頻道成為中國最有影響力的紀實節目生產和播出平臺之一，也成為上海的文化地標，並在2009年成功轉制真實傳媒有限公司。

YING Qi-ming, graduated from Shanghai Normal University department of Chinese literature. He has been working for the TV industry for 27 years. Today, he is the general manager and producer for SMG. Having such a long history in this Industry, he has received many acknowledgements and achievements. Such as starting famous TV programs, and being one of the selection committees of international and domestic documentary related events. Currently, YING is pushing SMG to be Mainland China’s most influential production company, documentary platform and cultural landmark. To survive in a world where doc films are not popular; he believes to break-even is to profit. In 2009, he successfully restructured the company.
