從2000年7月到2004年1月,羅江春在美國經緯通訊有限公司擔任網路會議系統構架師和專案技術負責人;該公司於2004年1月被思科公司收購。2001年5月到2002年五月他還利用業餘時間與其他朋友一起成立了Global EIS公司,羅江春在該公司擔任技術總監和美國軟體銷售主管。2004年9月到2005年9月在尚陽科技(中國)有限公司擔任技術總監,2004年1月到2004年9月在美國思科系統公司多媒體即時通訊部門,擔任網路會議系統構架師和專案技術負責人。2005年9月同唐柯一起創辦北京風行線上技術有限公司並擔任CEO。
LUO co-established Beijing Fengxing Online Technology Co., Ltd. with TANG Ke in September 2005, and assumed the post as the CEO. From September 2004 to September 2005, he was the CTO (chief technology officer) of Shangyang Technology (China) Co., Ltd.; from January 2004 to September 2004, he was the network conference system architect and project technology leader in the Multimedia Real-Time Communication Department of the U.S. Cisco Systems Inc. From July 2000 to January 2004, LUO was the network conference system architect and project technology leader in the U.S. Latitude Communications Inc., which was acquired by Cisco Systems Inc. in January 2004. From May 2001 to May 2002, he used his spare time to establish the Global EIS Company with his friends. Luo Jiangchun was the CTO (chief technology officer) and the U.S. Software Sales Director during this time.

Till this day, they have an accumulation of 280 million viewers, and they have had a seven fold-gross. They are now the leading Internet Video platform. March 2012, Funshion had successfully become a member of SMG. Through the five alliances—joint planning, joint broadcasting and production, co-distribution, joint networking and joint purchasing. The two parties have now created a board Internet Media TV Company that is present anywhere, anytime, at any place.
