香港中文大學新聞傳播學系畢業，工作生涯大部份在香港電台電視部渡過。現任該台公共事務組副總監，主力負責紀錄片製作及對外合作。2005及2006年應亞太廣播聯盟邀請，兩度擔任《海嘯過後》及《禽流感爆發》合拍紀錄片系列監製。2008至2010年，出任亞太廣播聯盟節目委員會主席。

執導的紀錄片作品在影展中屢次獲獎，其中包括描寫柬埔寨戰後情况的《鏗鏘集-戰後餘生》獲芝加哥電視節新聞紀錄片金獎；人物傳記《傑出華人系列─季羨林》 於芝加哥電視節獲金獎〈攝影類別〉及銀獎〈人物傳記類別〉；人物傳記《傑出華人系列─白雪仙》於電視節目欣賞指數調查中得評審團大獎。

Over 20 years’ documentary experience in Radio Television Hong Kong and established good working relationship with the Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Union and various foreign broadcasters.

In 2005 and 2006, was invited by the ABU to be the executive producer of the TV documentary co-production series, “The Aftermath of Tsunami” and “The Pandemic of Avian Flu”.

In recent years, she also takes up the works of TV commissioning and programme acquisition. Types of production she looks for are inspiring, creative and provocative.

As the public service broadcaster and the most credible electronic media outlet in Hong Kong, one of the major tasks of RTHK is to promote creativity and excellence to enrich the multi-cultural life of Hong Kong people. As RTHK is now preparing its own digital terrestrial television channel, we are looking for foreign broadcasters and independent producers to work with us in the production, commission and acquisition of distinctive and original content for public broadcast. Human stories, Chinese topics, International issues, ecology and education related documentaries are mostly welcome.
