紡織城 Weaving

一座舊工業城的回憶，伴隨著中國60 年的歷程緩緩展開。這是對青春理想的緬懷、是對政治運動的記憶、是家庭恩仇的精彩故事匯總。同樣也是中國的個體在時代前景的一次顯影，並且通過自我的故事觸達心靈。仇恨、寬恕、懦弱和鬥爭。自我救贖在大歷史的煙塵下隱隱發光，而面對精神的創痛，人們是否有機會取得一種勝利？

This project aims to review the past of the workers and their families of the textile city, while documenting their lives at present. In the meantime, the contrasts between private and public spaces are studied, and questions on the relations between individualism and collectivism are proposed. We do not intend to gossip about the sorrows and pains of the interviewees. Rather, we are only profoundly interested in how they deal with such experiences in life, as well as the “history” of these individuals and their families. Such personal angles, long ignored in China, will be manifested in this project.

王 楊 WANG Yang

導演、影評人、策展人。2007 年創立《青年電影手冊》系列圖書，現任主編。2007 年創建王楊電影工作室，開始拍攝紀錄片，2007 年組建「收割─電影製作小組」，意在最艱苦的現實中通過紀錄片記錄當代中國的現實。紀錄片作品包括《地上空間》、《寂靜之聲》、《畢業生》等。

Born in Xian Yang city, Xi’an province, graduated from North West University of Politics and Law, with BA of law .Living in Xi’an now. Documentary director, film critic, chief editor of Youth Film. He created Harvest Film

Making Studio which is dedicated to document the pain of contemporary Chinese society. His documentary films include Transition-Space, On Your Mark andTransition.
