He presents leadership training programs and provides strategic consultation to media organizations. He is engaged in festival management, facilitation and presenting pitching events.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Ferns Productions Inc. specializes in blue-chip documentary-drama mini-series, and works with Ferns Entertainment Inc. run by Pat\u2019s son, Andrew FERNS whose principal focus is drama.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Major series Pat and Andrew have produced together include the award-winning CAPTAIN COOK: OBSESSION AND DISCOVERY and DARWIN&#8217;S BRAVE NEW WORLD, both Australia-Canada co-productions.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Pat is a Principal in the International Institute for Television Leadership, providing media executive training and strategic consultation.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">As the creator of \u2018public pitching\u2019 Pat presents his signature sessions worldwide.
