He has been working for the TV industry for 27 years. Today, he is the general manager and producer for SMG. Having such a long history in this Industry, he has received many acknowledgements and achievements. Such as starting famous TV programs, and being one of the selection committees of international and domestic documentary related events. Currently, YING is pushing SMG to be Mainland China\u2019s most influential production company, documentary platform and cultural landmark. To survive in a world where doc films are not popular; he believes to break-even is to profit. In 2009, he successfully restructured the company.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>SMG, Shanghai Media Group \/ DOCU TV \u4e0a\u6d77\u96fb\u8996\u53f0\u7d00\u5be6\u983b\u9053<\/p>\n<p>\u771f\u5be6\u50b3\u5a92\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\u96b8\u5c6c\u65bc\u4e0a\u6d77\u6771\u65b9\u50b3\u5a92\u96c6\u5718\uff08\u539f\u4e0a\u6d77\u6587\u5ee3\u65b0\u805e\u50b3\u5a92\u96c6\u5718\uff09\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u7368\u5bb6\u904b\u71df\u7d00\u5be6\u983b\u9053\u5167\u5bb9\u751f\u7522\u548c\u6574\u5408\u884c\u92b7\u3002\u4e0a\u6d77\u5ee3\u64ad\u96fb\u8996\u81fa\u7d00\u5be6\u983b\u9053\u6210\u7acb\u65bc2002\u5e741\u67081\u65e5\uff0c\u8986\u84cb\u672c\u5730450\u591a\u842c\u6236\u5bb6\u5ead\uff0c\u591a\u6b21\u7372\u5f97\u5168\u570b\u5ee3\u64ad\u5f71\u8996\u5148\u9032\u55ae\u4f4d\u3001\u5168\u570b\u5730\u9762\u5f37\u52e2\u983b\u9053\u300cTV\u5730\u6a19\u300d\u7279\u8272\u983b\u9053\u734e\u548c\u4e0a\u6d77\u512a\u79c0\u5275\u65b0\u5a92\u9ad4\u7b49\u69ae\u8b7d\uff0c\u793e\u6703\u7f8e\u8b7d\u5ea6\u9ad8\u3001\u89c0\u773e\u53e3\u7891\u4f73\u3001\u54c1\u724c\u5ee3\u544a\u5438\u9644\u529b\u5f37\u3002\u7d00\u5be6\u983b\u9053\u81f4\u529b\u65bc\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u5b8c\u5584\u6587\u5316\u50b3\u64ad\u3001\u5167\u5bb9\u751f\u7522\u3001\u54c1\u724c\u5851\u9020\u548c\u5e02\u5834\u884c\u92b7\u7d9c\u5408\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u6587\u5316\u7522\u696d\u93c8\uff0c\u6b77\u7d93\u5341\u5e74\u6210\u9577\uff0c\u73fe\u5df2\u6210\u70ba\u570b\u5167\u9818\u5148\u7684\u7d00\u9304\u7247\u64ad\u51fa\u5e73\u81fa\u548c\u5167\u5bb9\u63d0\u4f9b\u8005\u3001\u904b\u71df\u5546\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>DOCU TV is a branch of Shanghai Media Group, SMG. The company strives to produce and integrate exclusive realistic doc contents. It was first established January first of 2002, it has a local coverage of more than 4.5 million households. Throughout the years, due to the company\u2019s astounding reputation, excellent societal acknowledgement, and appealing commercials, they received numerous awards. The documentary channel aims to further perfect the development of this industry, by refining distribution, content production, brand image and market strategies.
