LIN Leh-chyun is the Director of International Department and Chief of Documentary Platform of Public Television Service of Taiwan. Mr. Lin received his master\u2019s degree from University of Missouri-Columbia, School of Journalism. He began his career as a print journalist in New York and Hong Kong. For the past 20 years, he has worked as a producer, program director, production director, news director and content director for the commercial and public television. On top of these, he also worked in Taiwan\u2019s Internet industry. Mr. Lin is also an Adjunct Professional Expert of the Graduate Institute of Journalism, National Taiwan University.<\/p>\n

\u4ee5\u591a\u5143\u7684\u8996\u91ce\u3001\u591a\u6a23\u7684\u98a8\u8c8c\u548c\u9ad8\u54c1\u8cea\u7684\u5c08\u696d\u88fd\u4f5c\u4f86\u670d\u52d9\u516c\u773e\uff0c\u4fc3\u9032\u6559\u80b2\u6587\u5316\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u662f\u5168\u4e16\u754c\u516c\u5171\u96fb\u8996\u7bc0\u76ee\u5171\u540c\u7684\u7279\u8272\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u6211\u5011\u596e\u529b\u8ffd\u6c42\u7684\u76ee\u6a19\u3002\u5728\u7bc0\u76ee\u898f\u5283\u4e0a\uff0c\u516c\u8996\u79c9\u6301\u4ee5\u4e0b\u4e5d\u5927\u7406\u5ff5\uff1a\u771f\u5fc3\u95dc\u611b\u5152\u7ae5\u7684\u6210\u9577\u3001\u5c0a\u91cd\u5404\u65cf\u7fa4\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u3001\u95dc\u61f7\u5f31\u52e2\u5718\u9ad4\u8207\u6587\u5316\u3001\u5448\u73fe\u8868\u6f14\u85dd\u8853\u7684\u751f\u547d\u529b\u3001\u91cd\u8996\u53f0\u7063\u751f\u614b\u4fdd\u80b2\u3001\u7d00\u9304\u53f0\u7063\u793e\u6703\u8b8a\u9077\u53ca\u4eba\u6587\u98a8\u8c8c\u3001\u89aa\u8fd1\u6c11\u773e\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u3001\u5c55\u73fe\u6587\u5b78\u4e4b\u7f8e\u3001\u638c\u63e1\u793e\u6703\u8108\u52d5\u3001\u958b\u62d3\u570b\u969b\u8996\u91ce\u3002<\/p>\n

With the passage of the Public Television Act by the Legislative Yuan, Taiwan Public Television Service Foundation (PTS Foundation) was established as a non-profit foundation to operate the Public Television Service (PTS), which started broadcast on July 1, 1998. The chief objective of PTS is to establish a public service mass media system and to balance out for the inadequacy of commercial television.<\/p>\n
