Selena is a senior journalist in Taiwan and has devoted herself to media for more than 20 years.\u00a0\u00a0Her career started before the lifting of the press ban in 1987 and has subsequently spanned mainstream print, electronic and the network medium. She has covered environmental, financial and economic issues. She has also filled the roles of special feature reporter and producer of documentaries and a TV magazine program. At the end of 2011, she joined Business Weekly, where she took charge of the video centre.<\/p>\n

Previously, she had worked at PTS since 2001 and had served as the chief editor of News Department, the researcher of R&D department and the producer of International department. She co-produced two award-winning documentaries at PTS with IFA,\u00a0Bird Without Borders -Black-faced Spoonbills<\/em>(2009) and\u00a0A Year In The Clouds<\/em>\u00a0(2011). Both were nominated for and won numerous awards at major international film festivals, including a Peabody Award in 2012.<\/p>\n

Founded in 1987, Business Weekly is at the forefront of business publications that help Taiwanese and Chinese businesspeople understand changes in world economics. BW is the leader among its peer competitors and has earned numerous awards over the years. Since 1995, by producing the documentary series\u00a0One Taiwan, Two worlds<\/em>, BW has actively uncovered different social issues in different formats and on multiple platforms.
